Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) means that Amazon will warehouse and ship your items to buyers. Enrolling in FBA is the easiest way to get the all-important Prime badge to appear on your listing.

 

Few sellers can compete without the Prime badge, which provides customer trust and premium shipping. Though some exceptions apply to customized items, items requiring LTL delivery, or items that are not eligible for FBA, such as hazardous materials, Prime eligibility is critical to the success of most Amazon sellers.

 

Amazon buyers are more than twice as likely to purchase an item bearing the Prime Badge than one without. Often, buyers will search solely for products that carry the Amazon Prime badge.
